Last year, with four projects in development (HAMLET, LA DIDONE, WHO'S YOUR DADA?!, and THERE'S STILL TIME..BROTHER), The Wooster Group was more productive -- and spent more money -- than in any other year in our 32-year history.
We keep a full-time staff of 16 artists and administrative personnel, who receive annual salaries and comprehensive health benefits. On top of this, we pay the associate artists who collaborate with us on each project. Last year the cost of associate artists came to almost 75% of what we pay in annual salaries.
Of course, we also have the operating costs of our home-base, The Performing Garage. Our total budget last year was $1.4 million.

As you can see, we cover costs mostly through box office and touring income. Next year our touring revenue will be low while we develop new work at home, so we need to increase our individual contributions. Please help us. We appreciate any amount you can give.
